The LeBlanc Group is led by founders Robert LeBlanc and Edmund J. Ricker, EA, CFP®, bringing together decades of experience in construction, real estate development, and financial leadership. Based in Maine, the firm specializes in custom residential builds, condominium projects, and complex renovations, delivering high-quality results through hands-on expertise and disciplined project execution.
Since 1991 I have been a business owner who has built and run various contracting companies in the commercial and residential building industry.
In 2012 I started my real estate development company renovating existing houses and building ground up condo projects in throughout the Portland Maine area. I handled all of the development work and acted as the general contractor on each project.
Over the last 8 years I have also developed, built and own over 150,000 sq.ft of self storage in both Portland and Biddeford Maine. Before 2012 I started and operated an industrial flooring company covering all of New England and New York with over 40 employees performing over 300 jobs per year for mostly fortune 500 companies. I sold this company to the employees in 2012 after operating it for over 21 years.

Ed is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps who lives in Gorham, Maine with his wife Holly and son Sam.
His construction background includes working as a carpenter and mason tender in a family business, studying construction at Maine Vocational Region 10 in Brunswick, working at Marriner Lumber and Hancock Lumber, and as CFO of Industrial Concrete Services.
Ed has a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Husson University, is an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Services, and a Certified Financial Planner™. He founded Sebago Lakes Accounting which serves small businesses and individuals in their payroll, bookkeeping and tax preparation needs.
He enjoys woodworking, fishing, playing guitar and spending time with family in his spare time.
